A graduate of the ENSC engineering school of the INP Bordeaux cluster in Cognitics (ergonomics, cognitive psychology, human factors, and computer science), Tanguy Le Duff began his career in 2008 in Web and Java computer development. He held these positions between 2008 and 2011 in aerospace (Ariane 5), then in the banking sector (BPCE group). He then moved on to a position as a technical designer (2014-2016) on an ambitious program to transform Caisse d'Epargne's insurance information system. In 2016, he had the opportunity to do professional training to become a UX Designer and thus work on the design of digital banking products and services for customers (individuals, professionals) of Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne. In 2022, he joined the R&D teams of MEGA International to create and manage a new team of Product Designers, whose goal is to improve the user experience (UX) of customers using software solutions - including the HOPEX flagship product.
