MEGA product and services terms and conditions

Products and services ordered to a MEGA Group Affiliate are governed by (i) the order form and/or the statement of work issued by MEGA and signed by you, and (ii) the following documents, which constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and MEGA with respect to its subject matter. They supersede and replace any and all prior or contemporaneous discussions, negotiations, understandings and contracts, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Your purchase terms and conditions, even when attached to any order or invoice, will not apply.
